Terms of Service

By booking services with CREOVA and accessing any associated client gallery or collection, you agree to the following terms:

Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, designs, and creative works remain the sole property of CREOVA unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction, editing, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Use of Images
Clients may share images on personal and business platforms provided that proper credit is given to CREOVA. Commercial advertising or resale requires written consent and may be subject to licensing fees.
Booking & Payment
All bookings, including consultation sessions, require payment to secure your appointment. Fees for consultations are non-refundable but may be credited toward future projects if services proceed. Final deliverables will only be released once all balances are paid in full.
Gallery Access & Hosting
Client galleries are hosted online for a limited period (typically 30–90 days). Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their files within that timeframe. CREOVA is not liable for loss of files after the hosting period expires.
Edits & Modifications
CREOVA delivers professionally edited work that reflects our creative standards. Clients may not alter images or videos with filters, cropping, or third-party edits without prior written approval.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking may result in forfeiture of fees.
Liability
While CREOVA exercises the highest professional standards, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical failures, weather conditions, third-party delays).

By proceeding with booking and/or accessing your client gallery, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
